Welcome to Pelloe. This website (pelloe.com) is operated by Major Commerce LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Pelloe," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Using our site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site only for lawful purposes.

2. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors and images may vary slightly by screen. Pelloe filtered showerheads and cartridges are designed to help reduce chlorine and certain dissolved metals in shower water. Results vary depending on your local water supply, plumbing, hair type, and use. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Our products do not soften hard water.

3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or limited availability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping
Shipping details, estimated delivery times, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and refunds
Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee and refund process are described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Installation and use
Please follow the installation instructions included with your product. Pelloe fits standard 1/2 inch (G1/2) shower arms. Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modification is not covered. Replace the filter cartridge about every 3 months, or sooner if water flow drops.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and designs, belongs to Pelloe or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Reviews and user content
If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it on our site and marketing. You may not post content that is unlawful, misleading, or offensive.

10. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pelloe and Major Commerce LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
